- REQUIREMENTS FOR USE
3.1 Minimum Age

- NATURE OF THE SERVICES AND LIMITATIONS

No specific result is guaranteed. The impact or benefit of the Service will depend on the User’s individual context.
The User assumes full responsibility for the interpretation and use of what is received in the sessions.
- PAYMENT METHODS
The Website accepts payments by bank card through Stripe. All payments are processed in secure and encrypted environments. No financial data is stored.
Once payment has been confirmed, the User will receive a reservation confirmation by email.
- CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
7.1 Cancellations
The User may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is late or is not notified, the session will be considered a missed session with no refund.
7.2 No Refund Policy
Given the personalized, digital, and immediate nature of the services offered, the User expressly waives any right to a refund once the paid reservation process has begun.
This policy is based on the exclusion applicable to personalized digital services, in accordance with international e-commerce standards.
7.3 Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in duly justified and documented exceptional cases, such as accidents or medical emergencies that prevent the User or the professional from keeping the appointment. These must be reported within 48 hours of the incident.
7.4 Prohibition of Chargebacks
The User agrees not to make unjustified chargebacks or bank disputes. Malicious chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. In such cases, access to the platform may be blocked without prior notice.

3.2 Registro

- CONDICIONES DE RESERVA Y CONTRATACIÓN

- Recibir notificaciones automáticas
- Pagar directamente por cada sesión contratada
- El Usuario podrá reservar tantas veces como desee, dentro de los intervalos establecidos para cada tipo de servicio
- NATURALEZA DE LOS SERVICIOS Y LIMITACIONES
Los Servicios ofrecidos tienen carácter subjetivo, introspectivo y personalizado, y se fundamentan en prácticas de orientación holística. En ningún caso deben interpretarse como sustituto de asesoramiento médico, psicológico, jurídico o financiero.
No se garantiza un resultado específico. El impacto o beneficio del Servicio dependerá del contexto individual del Usuario.
El Usuario asume plena responsabilidad por la interpretación y uso de lo recibido en las sesiones.
- MÉTODOS DE PAGO
Se aceptan pagos en el Sitio Web mediante tarjeta bancaria, a través de Stripe. Todos los pagos se procesan en entornos seguros y cifrados. No se almacenan datos financieros.
Una vez confirmado el pago, el Usuario recibirá por correo la confirmación de su reserva.
- POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS
7.1 Cancelaciones
La cita podrá ser cancelada o reprogramada por el Usuario con al menos 24 horas de antelación. Si la cancelación es tardía o no se notifica, se considerará sesión perdida sin derecho a devolución.
7.2 Política de no reembolso
Dada la naturaleza personalizada, digital e inmediata de los servicios ofrecidos, el Usuario renuncia expresamente a cualquier derecho a reembolso una vez iniciado el proceso de reserva pagada.
Esta política se basa en la exclusión aplicable a servicios digitales personalizados, conforme a estándares internacionales de comercio electrónico.
7.3 Excepciones
Solo se considerarán reembolsos en casos excepcionales debidamente justificados y documentados, como accidentes o emergencias médicas que impidan al Usuario o al profesional cumplir con la cita. Estos deben ser comunicados en un plazo de 48 horas posteriores al incidente.
7.4 Prohibición de contracargos
El Usuario se compromete a no realizar contracargos injustificados ni disputas bancarias. Los contracargos maliciosos se considerarán incumplimiento contractual y podrán ser denunciados ante las entidades competentes. En tales casos, el acceso a la plataforma podrá ser bloqueado sin previo aviso.
- CONDUCTA DEL USUARIO
El Usuario se compromete a:
